THE OXLEY SUBSTITUTE REDUCES THE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE CORPORATION FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING FROM $200 MILLION TO $186 MILLION IN FISCAL YEAR 1987, FROM $225 MILLION TO $214 MILLION IN FISCAL YEAR 1988, AND FROM $250 MILLION TO $246 MILLION IN FISCAL YEAR 1989.
