THE PENDING AMENDMENTS RELATE TO REPEAL OF WITHOLDING TAXES ON DIVIDENDS AND INTEREST, AND THE BUDGET ACT IS RELEVANT BECAUSE THESE TAXES ARE SEEN AS A WAY OF INCREASING REVENUES.
