TO AMEND HJ RES 372, TO REQUIRE THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE CRAFT A NEW TAX ON CORPORATE INCOME. THE AMENDMENT REQUIRES A BROAD DEFINITION OF INCOME AND SPECIFIES THAT THE REVENUE WILL BE USED TO HELP LOWER THE DEFICIT.
