S. 1714: TO AMEND S 1714 BY APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $300 MILLION IN COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION STOCKS TO THE SECRETARY OF ENERGY FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRUCULTURE. THE TRANSFER WOULD ENHANCE PETROLEUM RESERVES AND STIMULATE FOREIGN PURCHASES OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS.
