S. 1884: TO TABLE THE LEAHY, VT) AMENDMENT TO S 1884, TO ESTABLISH A LIMIT ON ASSESSMENTS MADE ON INSTITUTIONS OF THE FARM (CONTINUED) CREDIT SYSTEM. THE LIMIT MUST ENSURE THAT INTEREST RATES ON LOANS FROM THESE INSTITUTIONS NOT RISE BY MORE THAN ONE-HALF PERCENT PER YEAR.
