S. 2638: TO TABLE THE DANFORTH, MO) AMENDMENT TO S 2638, THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT OF 1987. THIS AMENDMENT WOULD REQUIRE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PROVIDE $556.3 MILLION TO THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION TO REIMBURSE THE AGENCY FOR LAUNCH SERVICES AND RELATE EXPENSES OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE SYSTEM AS AGREED TO BETWEEN THE AGENCIES.
