AMONG OTHER PROVISIONS THE RESOLUTION WOULD PREVENT FUTURE DISINVESTMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY TRUST FUNDS, RESTORE THE AUTOMATIC SPENDING CUTS PROCEDURE OF THE GRAMM-RUDMAN-HOLLINGS ANTI-DEFICIT ACT, PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO DROUGHT-STRIKEN FARMERS, AND CREATE A NEW FEDERAL CRIME OF MONEY-LAUNDERING.
