CLAIBORNE WILLFULLY AND KNOWINGLY MADE A FALSE STATEMENT ON HIS 1980 TAX RETURN IN VIOLATION OF SECTION 7206(1) OF TITLE 26, UNITED STATES CODE UNDERREPORTING HIS INCOME BY $87,912 IN THAT YEAR. (TWO-THIRDS OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT HAVING VOTED GUILTY, THE SENATE ADJUDGES THAT HARRY E. CLAIBORNE IS GUILTY AS CHARGED IN THIS ARTICLE.)
