TO ADOPT S RES 226, THE OZONE LAYER NEGOTIATIONS, A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE SENSE OF THE SENATE THAT THE U.S. POSITION IN INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATIONS SHOULD BE A CESSATION OF THE PRODUCTION OF CHEMICALS THAT DAMAGE THE OZONE LAYER.
