S. 622: TO AMEND S. 622 BY TERMINATING THE EMERGENCY PETROLEUM ALLOCATION ACT ON AUG 31, 1975, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AUTHORITY TO REGULATE PETROLEUM PRICES WHICH WILL TERMINATE ON DATE OF REENACTMENT OF THIS BILL; AND TO IMPOSE A TAX ON EXCESSIVE FUEL PROFITS.
