TO TABLE THE JOHNSTON, LA MOTION TO RECONSIDER THE VOTE NO. 59 BY WHICH THE MOTION TO TABLE THE GLENN AMENDMENT WAS REJECTED. THE GLENN AMENDMENT WOULD CREATE AN INDEPENDENT OVERSIGHT BOARD TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ENERGY DEPARTMENT NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AND TO CONDUCT RESEARCH INTO THE HEALTH EFFECTS OF RADIATION.
