ALLEN AMENDED HIS OWN AMENDMENT BY PROPOSING THAT THE COMMITTEE GO THROUGH ALL 180,000 PAPER BALLOTS AND FIND EVERY "SKIPCANDIDATE" VOTE FOR WYMAN OR DURKIN.
