S. 1150: On the Amendment — To prohibit the use of certain funds for activities related to a student's personal values, attitudes, beliefs, or sexual behavior without certain consent, notification, access to information, and an opportunity for a hearing; to provide for enforcement of such prohibition; and to require the Secretary of Education to designate or establish an office and review board within the Department of Education.
