THE BUCKLEY AMENDMENT AUTHORIZES PAYMENT TO BUCKLEY FOR OUTSTANDING EXPENSES INCURRED IN CONTESTING IN COURT THE CONSITUTIONALITY OF THE 1974 CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAW.
