H.R. 6796: TO AMEND H.R. 6796 BY AUTHORIZING $28 MILLION FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR MEGAWATTS OF SOLAR ENERGY CELLS AND $10 MILLION FOR THE TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS. THE INTENT OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO STIMULATE MASS PRODUCTION AND LOWER PRICES OF SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT.
