SRE 110: TO TABLE THE DURKIN UNPRINTED AMENDMENT #85 TO S. RES. 110, A BILL TO ESTABLISH A CODE OF OFFICIAL CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS, OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE SENATE. THE DURKIN AMENDMENT MAINTAINS THAT NO MORE THAN 15% OF A MEMBER'S SALARY CAN BE RECEIVED BY WAY OF HONORARIA OR BY OTHER TYPES OF EARNED INCOME.
