S. 2104: TO TABLE DIVISION 2 OF THE MCGOVERN AMENDMENT #889 (SEE RC 398) TO S. 2104. DIVISION 2 STATES THAT THE PURPOSE OF THE ACT IS TO ESTABLISH AN INDEPENDENT PUBLIC CORPORATION TO INSURE THE EQUITABLE PRICING AND THE ADEQUATE DISTRIBUTION OF OIL AND NATURAL GAS SUPPLIES.
