KENNEDY AMENDMENT #1361 REDEFINES "NEW GAS" ACCORDING TO A DIFFERENT SET OF LOCATION REQUIREMENTS, AND LIMITS PRICE DEREGULATION TO THOSE GAS COMPANIES THAT PUBLISH BASIC DATA ON THEIR COSTS, TAXES, PRODUCTION, AND RESERVES.
