AMENDMENT #1389 SETS THE PRICE OF NEW NATURAL GAS AT THE BTU-RELATED PRICE OF OIL ON THE DAY OF THE BILL'S ENACTMENT, SETS THE PRICE OF OLD NATURAL GAS AT $1.45 PLUS AN INFLATION ADJUSTMENT, AND ESTABLISHES AN INCREMENTAL PRICING SYSTEM FOR NATURAL GAS.
