DIVISION 2 GIVES THE SECRETARY OF LABOR DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO EXEMPT CERTAIN EMPLOYERS FROM THE SIX-PERSON LIMITATION ON THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME STUDENTS THAT CAN BE HIRED FOR PART-TIME JOBS AT 85% OF THE ADULT MINIMUM WAGE.
