H.R. 3387: TO AMEND H.R. 3387 BY DELETING A SECTION OF THE BILL THAT AUTHORIZES THE STATE WELFARE DEPARTMENTS TO WRITE UNLIMITED "JOINT BENEFIT" CHECKS TO AFDC RECIPIENTS, LANDLORDS, OR UTILITY COMPANIES FOR UP TO 50% OF THE RECIPIENT'S TOTAL AFDC PAYMENT.
