S. 897: TO AMEND THE MCCLURE AMENDMENT (SEE RC 28) TO S. 897, THE NUCLEAR NONPROLIFERATION ACT OF 1978. THE GLENN AMENDMENT REQUIRES THAT A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION BE PASSED BY THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS IN ORDER TO VETO ADMINISTRATIVE PLANS FOR STORAGE OF SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
