TO TABLE THE HATCH AMENDMENT TO THE NEUTRALITY TREATY, (EXECUTIVE N, 95TH CONGRESS, FIRST SESSION), EXECUTIVE CALENDAR NO. 1. THE HATCH AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT THE ENGLISH TEXT OF THE TREATY SHALL BE LEGALLY BINDING IN THE EVENT OF A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SPANISH AND ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS OF THE DOCUMENT.
