TO TABLE THE WALLOP AMENDMENT TO THE PANAMA CANAL TREATY (EXECUTIVE N, 95TH CONGRESS, FIRST SESSION), EXECUTIVE CALENDAR NO. 2. THE WALLOP AMENDMENT STATES THAT IF PANAMA ABROGATES ANY PROVISION OF THE NEUTRALITY TREATY OR THE PANAMA CANAL TREATY, THEN THE NEW TREATIES SHALL BE TERMINATED AND SUPERSEDED BY THE FORMER TREATIES.
