TO TABLE THE KENNEDY AMENDMENT TO H.R. 12934, A BILL MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL 1979 FOR THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE, JUSTICE, COMMERCE AND THE JUDICIARY. THE KENNEDY AMENDMENT WOULD INCREASE THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR POSITIONS IN THE CRIMINAL DIVISION OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT.
