THE GLENN "SUNSET" AMENDMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL TAX EXPENDITURE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW MUST BE REVIEWED ONCE EVERY TEN YEARS. THE MUSKIE "SUNSET" AMENDMENT REQUIRES THAT ALMOST ALL FEDERAL PROGRAMS MUST BE REVIEWED AND REAUTHORIZED AT LEAST ONCE EVERY TEN YEARS.
