THE SCHROEDER AMENDMENT INSTRUCTS HOUSE CONFEREES TO INSIST UPON REPEALING THE AUTOMATIC, $75 PER DAY BUSINESS-RELATED DEDUCTON ALLOWED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS. (MOTION PASSED)
