S. 1377: TO AMEND S.1377 BY PROVIDING THAT DURING FISCAL 1982 THE TOTAL AMOUNT WHICH MAY BE OBLIGATED FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT WHICH IS $1,000,000,000 LESS THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT PROPOSED THERFOR IN THE BUDGET OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT FOR SUCH FISCAL YEAR; AND THAT THE TOTAL AMOUNT WHICH MAY BE OBLIGATED FOR TRAVEL OF ALL DEPARTMENTS OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT WHICH IS $750,000,000 LESS THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT PROPOSED THEREFOR IN THE FEDERAL BUDGET.
